We cannot refund your postage costs unless product is faulty / incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 14 days of receipt. We cannot give any credit/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchases.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following :
- The return must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The Return form must be printed out (fully completed) and sent back with your parcel.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with tags and packaging intact.
We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is incorrect or faulty due to a manufacturing error.
