We aim to manufacture and process orders within 21 working days. Each order is handmade in our UK based studio and will be processed and packed with the greatest care and hygiene. 

Tracking information will be provided on all orders which is included in the shipping confirmation emails sent once the order has been shipped.

Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.



As of the 31st December 2020, the U.K. left the European Union which has resulted in changes when shipping to the European Union.

Countries in the European Union may incur an import tax or vat bill from local customs. The rate at which you are charged is dependent on the country in which you are receiving your goods. We recommend you visit your relevant government website for more information.

We are unable to arrange for the payment of any import/export bills and it is your responsibility to ensure this is paid.

Please note that whilst such additional charges are unavoidable, we have endeavoured to reduce the financial implications for our valued customers, including by reducing our pricing by 20%. This reduction has already been applied to all products over the value of £100.

In order to return an item, you must meet the following : 

  • You must confirm the return within 14 days by sending the returns form to
  • The returned item must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The Return form must be printed out (fully completed) and sent back with your parcel.
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
  • The item must be returned with tags and packaging intact.
